**About Us**:
Talencorp Solution Private Limited is a fast-growing company dedicated to Human Resource Service. We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to assist our marketing team in growing our online presence and implementing marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Support in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields Or Any.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website platforms like WordPress.
- Knowledge of video editing tools.

**Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
