**Job Summary**

**Core Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**
- Design and prepare marketing materials for print, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations, ensuring they are print-ready and meet quality standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects.

**Video Editing and Production**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, promotional campaigns, and other digital channels. This includes trimming footage, adding transitions, incorporating music and sound effects, and ensuring a cohesive narrative.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, and simple visual effects to enhance video content and make it more engaging.
- Organize and manage video and graphic assets, ensuring a clean and accessible library for future use.
- Support in the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and storyboarding to post-production.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field. A compelling portfolio can sometimes substitute for formal education.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design and video editing projects. Showcase your creativity, technical skills, and ability to handle various styles.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design.
- Working knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a significant advantage.

**Fundamental Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Basic knowledge of video production workflows and storytelling techniques.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and implement constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and trends.
