**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture and specimen handling to collect blood samples from patients. You will need to have technical abilities in vein access and equipment use, as well as essential interpersonal skills such as communication, compassion, and attention to detail to ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draws.-
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture to collect blood samples from patients
- Handle and process specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draws
- Use proper equipment and techniques for sterile blood collection
- Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate specimen processing and test results
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Skills Required:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- 2-3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Technical abilities in venipuncture and specimen handling
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, compassion, and attention to detail
