**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Fit and assemble mechanical parts, tools, and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Align, level, and secure machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify faulty components.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and other fabrication tasks as needed.
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and levels to ensure precision.
- Assist in installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and machines.
- Work closely with welders, fabricators, and engineers to complete projects.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and tools.

**Requirements**:

- [ITI / Diploma] in Mechanical, Fitting, or a related trade.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar mechanical role.
- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting tools and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in [industry-specific projects or companies].
- Welding or fabrication skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
