**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for various residential spaces.
- Select materials, furnishings, and color schemes that align with client visions.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality of execution.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry innovations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
