**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained at all times
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee development
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in the fashion industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, or related field (preferred)
