Role Overview:
As a Graphics Designer in our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging content that captivates our target audience and strengthens Qritrim’s brand identity. From designing captivating social media graphics to creating compelling infographics and eye-catching web visuals, your creative expertise will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Translate complex ideas and data into visually appealing infographics, illustrations, and charts.
- Work closely with the Content team to ensure graphics complement and enhance written content, creating a cohesive and impactful user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually elevate the quality of Qritrim’s visual assets.
- Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets for easy access and consistent branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, preferably IT product based.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or other graphic design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
