Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades
- Perform both internal and client specific Deployment.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Perform Packaging and patching
- Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Provide support in fulfilling service requests
- Support and/or lead release planning and deployment
- Assess and make recommendations on processes, design, operations and testing
- Demonstrated understanding of business process development and improvement initiatives

Experience: 5-8 Years

Educational Qual.: Any graduate
