**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- You will have to build, maintain and improve complex data analysis models that help in making data-driven decisions across the business.
- Work on SQL, ML, Python, and Data Analytics Techniques based on the specific client problem that you are solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate your thoughts/work to the client or internal team.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who has in-depth knowledge of the Skill: Data Visualization Tool, Python, ML, Data Analytics Techniques, and a research mindset.
- Should have a clear understanding of the client’s needs and meet their expectations
- Should have an eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Should be accountable and responsible to deliver solutions for the client’s business problems on time.
- Should have strong Computer Science fundamentals and should a hold a relevant Master/ Bachelor degree from the stream Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field.
- Should be Expertise / Extensive knowledge in specialized areas such as time series analysis and reinforcement learning.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills including written and oral skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels.
- Should be able to adapt, change and grow quickly as we scale the organization.
- Should have a learning attitude.
- Should be a team player, who likes to discuss solutions and ideas and has good communication skills, and can easily work with new people.
- Bonus point if prior experience in Supply Chain
