**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons tailored to the NEET, JEE, and IIT syllabus requirements.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update comprehensive study materials, test series, and practice papers.
- Student Mentorship: Provide personalised guidance and mentorship to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.
- Performance Tracking: Assess and monitor students' progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Master’s or Ph.D. in Physics or a related field from a reputed university.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in NEET, JEE, and IIT coaching.
- **Expertise**:In-depth knowledge of the NEET, JEE, and IIT Physics syllabus and exam patterns.
- **Skills**:Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
