**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics, including logos, banners, social media posts, website layouts, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing layouts and designs for websites, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and current.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Provide input on design strategies and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across various media.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
