**Job description**

The company finance personnel is responsible for managing the financial operations of a company. The main responsibilities of the personnel include (but are not restricted to):
1. **Accounting **(Both payable and receivable): you will be managing the company's accounts payable and receivable. They process invoices, issue payments, and track outstanding balances.
2. **Payroll**:you will be responsible for processing payroll for all company employees. This includes calculating wages, taxes, and other deductions, and ensuring that payments are made on time.
3. **Audit preparation**:you need to prepare for audits by ensuring that all financial records and reports are up-to-date and accurate.
4. **Budgeting**: you are responsible for developing and managing the company's budget. You will be working closely with the management to create a budget that meets the company's needs.

- Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Tools.

**Requisites**
- Accounts Degree. Accounts Certification if any.
- Knowledge of Indian Statutory laws, as applicable to a Company.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in accounting or auditing firm.

**Qualifications**
- BCOM/MCOM, MBA Finance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
