**Job Summary**

We are looking for a great communication skill Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service
- Answer questions about service or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A polite and friendly manner
- Lots of initiative
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet

**Qualification**:
12th pass & should have the fluent knowledge in Hindi, English & Odiya.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
