Platinum Insurance Brokers is seeking a talented Insurance Advisor (Tele Caller) with exposure to the US and UK markets to join our team for a work-from-home position based in India. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting our insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in tele calling within the insurance sector, possessing a persuasive sales pitch and exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce Platinum Insurance Brokers' insurance products and services.
- Present insurance plans in a clear and compelling manner, emphasizing key benefits, coverage details, and advantages.
- Customize sales pitches according to the specific requirements of individual clients, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, providing exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to deliver informed recommendations.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Tele Caller in the insurance industry, demonstrating successful sales achievements.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to deliver a persuasive sales pitch, handle objections effectively, and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass sales goals and targets.
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist clients in securing their financial well-being.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for efficient record-keeping and pipeline management.
- High school diploma; additional certifications in sales or insurance will be advantageous
