Production Supervisor

**Role & responsibilities**

Production Supervisor responsibilities would include overseeing the production process,
ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining quality control.
- Supervising the Intensive Care Medical Equipment production line and coordinating activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Training and guiding production line staff, addressing any performance or quality issues that arise.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as SCM, engineering and quality assurance etc. to optimize production processes.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials and components.

**Salary**: ₹52,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
