About Us:
Crossroads Helpline is India's trusted solution for roadside emergency car services. We have the largest network of service providers for car breakdowns. Providing “One Stop Solution” catering to the lifecycle needs of the vehicle including providing car services, auction your repair, garage locator, door step car service, Deals & Offers in car repairs, besides RSA. Plans to increase Crossroads Empanelled & Branded Garage network to 5,000 over the period of 3 years.
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products/services, handling inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and feedback.
- Provide detailed product/service information and answer any questions customers may have.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or graduates
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
