Job Description: Content Writer (IT) Freelancer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Writer with expertise in the IT industry to join our team as a Freelancer. As an IT Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that caters to our target audience within the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on writing articles, blog posts, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and other digital content related to IT topics, products, services, and trends. This is a remote freelance position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough research on IT topics, trends, technologies, and best practices to gather information and insights for content creation.

Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, their pain points, and their needs within the IT industry.

Create well-researched, informative, and engaging content in various formats, including articles, blog posts, website content, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, and more.

Ensure that all content produced is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the client's brand voice, style guidelines, and SEO requirements.

Collaborate with the client or project manager to understand project objectives, requirements, and deadlines.

Incorporate feedback and revisions provided by the client or project manager to refine and improve the content.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page optimization techniques.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in the IT field.

Proofread and edit content to ensure grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style guidelines are met.

Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality content within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably within the IT industry. A portfolio or samples of previous work will be advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, terminologies, trends, and technologies.

Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from various sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for different target audiences.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.

Attention to detail, with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and style.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 1 year (preferred)
