Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, India Audi Coimbatore - Service Full time

The Audi Quality Manager acts as a key contributor to help the dealership achieve and maintain the highest level of service, operating and quality standards in conformance to Audi norms.

**a) Quality Standard Maintenance**

Act as the owner of all service quality practices

Facilitate regular meetings with the Service Manager and Parts & Service employees to discuss and improve the quality standards and working processes

Carry out new vehicle PDIs, post service test drives and regular Q-checks to document any failures in compliance with Audi Operating Standards & work procedures

**b) Infrastructure & Equipment Maintenance**

With the Special Tools Incharge, ensure optimal condition of all technical equipment, tools and other aids in the Service and Parts department

Complete, analyze and maintenance of Repeat repair and Q-check reports

Conduct daily, weekly and monthly quality related reporting requirements

**c) Customer Satisfaction**

Implement measures and programmes to achieve customer retention & improve services by dealing with repeat repairs cases

**d) Skill Development**

Identify quality related training requirements for service staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
