**Job description**

**About Visit**:
Visit App is a 360° integrated Health Benefits Platform designed to enhance health outcomes through a comprehensive approach that covers everything from preventive care to chronic disease management. Our offerings include daily health goals management, tele-consultations, OPD benefits, and more, all aimed at promoting holistic well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Disease Management Programs**: Oversee the end-to-end management of chronic care programs, ensuring effective implementation and delivery of expected outcomes.
- **Team Leadership**: Train and guide a team of 50+ health coaches to successfully execute the program.
- **Program Development**: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop training content, and introduce new health programs as needed.
- **Health Coaching**: Provide personalized health coaching to users, fostering engagement and motivation.
- **Call Management**: Conduct 35 to 40 coaching calls daily, addressing user inquiries and providing support.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform quality checks on team outputs to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- **Time Management**: Manage a 6 to 7-hour work schedule effectively, balancing coaching and administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on chronic disease management programs.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage users.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work both from the office and home, with weekend availability as required.
