**Job Description: Accounts Executive (Only Female)**

**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Utilize Tally ERP 9 software to manage financial transactions, entries, and data effectively.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of financial information in Tally ERP 9.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation, adherence to policies, and efficient financial processes.

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for management decisions.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting principles.

Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a related role.

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
