**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Meeting Preparation**: Prepare materials, agendas, and logistics for meetings attended or led by the CEO.
**Travel Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
**Office Management**: Oversee the CEO's office space, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and equipped with necessary supplies.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
**Task Prioritization**: Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to ensure the CEO's time is optimized for strategic priorities.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth communication and efficient workflow.
**Special Projects**: Support the CEO in various special projects and initiatives as needed.
**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
