**Location: Bangalore, KA**

**Responsibilities**:
Making outbound calls to the customers whose payment is overdue using the given scripts.

Obtaining relevant information from the customer regarding his repayment due, understanding his/her concerns to further convince him/her to make the payment.

Resolving queries raised by the customer to avoid any further delay in the payment receipt.

To meet the given call target and collection target on regular basis.

Update the system, excel with brief remarks about the conclusion derived after each call. Requirements:
Graduate with Minimum 6 months to 2Years of experience in inbound/outbound process
- if any Collection domain then it will be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal skills & hardworking, willing to take and manage work pressure. ( calls & target)

Appropriate oral communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹134,956.78 - ₹400,000.00 per year
