**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with leads generated by the Tele caller to understand their specific hardware needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s hardware products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to secure orders and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers, following company guidelines and procedures.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections, ultimately closing sales.
- Collaborate with the Tele caller to ensure seamless lead handover and effective communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders, in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
