**Knowledge & Skill**:
1) Proficient in Indian GAAP/US GAAP/UK GAAP/IFRS and working knowledge of the same.

2) Should possess good communication skills. Attention to detail and practical approach to problems

3) Proficient in Payroll Accounting/ Inventory Accounting/ Depreciation Accounting

4) Preparation of monthly/quarterly calculation, recording and reporting of tax transactions and effective tax rate reconciliation.

5) Preparation of Balance Sheet Notes

6) Preparation of financial Statements for Statutory, Regulatory and Compliance requirements

7) Reconciliation of Fiscal Vs Management books by transaction and provide supporting of mis-un-reconciled entries

8) Posting alignment entries and submitting entries and supporting via Power App

9) Consolidation of Fiscal Balance Sheet note by entity within excel

10) Provide monthly reports and any other reports that may be required to the Service Delivery team

11) Understand principles of Revenue recognition, Compensation for management BSN by legal entity, fiscal BSN and then comparison of variations

12) Reconciliation of fixed asset list between Management v Fiscal to identify mismatches within the register

13) Proficient in MS- Excel and any ERP or Accounting and Tax Software, to grasp the data flow and system interface dynamics.

14) Trial Balance Management v Fiscal reconciliations, journal adjustments alignment, consolidation of fiscal BSN and data input for current year statutory filing with the aid of the fiscal analyst

15) Preparation of tax account balance sheet in conjunction with tax analyst

16) Data cleansing of offshore entity balance sheet notes with offshore manager and team, reconciliation of aged items within the balance sheet notes of head office

**Requirements**:
Resource must have
Offer letter/Pay slips
- Relieving/Experience letter for previous employments.
- Either **PF (UAN**) Or **Form16** for the complete tenure is **mandatory of last 2 companies,** **Or** **Form26AS** **for relevant assessment Year.**

Good Communication.
- Knowledge of Lawson / Oracle/ SAP an added advantage

Minimum 3 + years of Accounting & Reporting, Assurance, Compliance, Risk with relevant experience in corporate tax / International taxation.

**Qualifications**:
CA/ICWA/ CMA/ CPA/ B.Com/M.Com / MBA Finance from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Universities and Colleges

**Terms & Conditions**:

- Project Timing - 6 to 9 months. Can be extended based on requirement
- Min 1 month of notice required in case of resignation by contractors. For regular associates, as per Accenture policy
