**Injection Moulding Supervisor**

Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 Years

Package: 2.50 Lacs - 3.00 Lacs

**Number of Vacancies: 3**

**Looking For Immediate Joiners; as it is an Urgent Opening****
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for Mould loading & Unloading

2. Responsible for Mould Machine Maintenance

3. Responsible for Mould set up, Parameter setting and Machine setting.

2. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.

4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.

5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.

6. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.

Knowledge of MS office & Power Point - SAP Added Advantage.

Knowledge of why-why analysis & OEE.

Knowledge in TPM & 5S.

Textile background preferred
