- Conduct laboratory experiments and practicals, providing hands-on experience to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive entrance exams with tailored instructional support.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, lab reports, and periodic examinations.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and a love for biology.
- Stay updated with advancements in biological sciences and integrate modern trends and discoveries into the curriculum.
- Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and mentorship to students interested in pursuing further education in biology or related fields.
- Collaborate with colleagues on department activities, curriculum development, and teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as science fairs, field trips, and biology clubs to broaden student engagement.
- Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and performance tracking, in a timely and accurate manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Mas**ter’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience as a PGT Biology teacher, ideally for grades 9 to 12.
- In-depth knowledge of biology and practical laboratory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to inspire students and foster a deep understanding and appreciation for biology.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching practices.
