The Service InCharge will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the service department, ensuring that the two-wheelers are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. This role will involve managing a team of technicians, developing service strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of service technicians.
- Assign tasks and monitor work schedules to meet service targets and KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations for two-wheelers, including maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Develop and implement efficient service workflows to optimize service turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines, service quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues.
- Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage service scheduling and appointment bookings to ensure customer convenience.
- Oversee the management of spare parts and components inventory, ensuring that all necessary parts are available to minimize service delays.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely replenishment of service materials.
- Ensure that all service operations comply with company standards, government regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management on key metrics such as service volume, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and technician performance.
- Identify trends in service issues and work with R&D and the product team to provide solutions or improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
