**Job Title**: Database Administrator (DBA) Trainer

**Location**: Jayanagar,Bengaluru.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on database administration topics.
- Instruct students on core DBA concepts including installation, configuration, backup & recovery, performance tuning, security, and database design.
- Teach various database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, labs, assessments, and documentation.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of different audiences (beginners to advanced).
- Provide hands-on guidance through real-time scenarios and practical lab exercises.
- Evaluate student performance, give feedback, and support learners in resolving technical issues.
- Stay updated on new database technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Conduct online or in-person training sessions based on organizational needs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator.
- 1+ years of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring technical content.
- Proficiency in at least one major database platform (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
