Store Assistant

**Achieve Revenue and Profit targets**: The store manager must ensure that he meets his daily revenue and profit targets. Should interact with his customers and promote brands as per company guidelines.

**Inventory management** - Ensure the stocks are available as per the norms every day. Anticipate demand for the coming week and place orders accordingly.

**Cash management**: Ability to operate cash register and office computer and other equipment (POS, QR's, CCTV,Smart TV etc)

**Customer Relationship Management**: One of the major responsibilities f the store manager is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store. It is his key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile.

**Sense of Responsibility and Discipline**: The store manager is responsible for managing the assets of the store. The security and safety of the store is his responsibility.

**Maintaining Store Hygiene**: The Store Incharge must ensure that he keeps the entire store clean, smelling fresh and the stocks are displayed properly.

**Merchandising**: Ensure the products are arranged as per norms and all assortments are displayed as per priorities shared by the marketing team. Ensure periodic checking throughout the day whether the shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves.

**Maintain Ambience of the Store**: Ensure the store is well lit, ventilated and offers a positive ambience to the customers by playing soothing music for the customers to have a great shopping experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
