**Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Garment Pattern Master with expertise in Gerber CAD software and the ability to create and interpret Garment Tech Packs / Spec Sheets. The role involves developing accurate patterns, ensuring correct garment fit, and preparing complete technical documentation to support the design, sampling, and production teams. He/ She must be able to make patterns physically as well as digitally in CAD with Gerber's Software.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop garment patterns by hand as well as by using Gerber CAD Software for different product categories (men’s, women’s, kids wear).
- Prepare, maintain, and update Garment Tech Packs / Spec Sheets with accurate measurements, construction details, and finishing standards.
- Conduct pattern grading for multiple sizes and ensure size consistency across ranges.
- Create efficient marker plans in Gerber to optimize fabric utilization.
- Review design sketches, technical drawings, and buyer’s specifications to convert them into production-ready patterns.
- Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and production teams for sample approvals and bulk production.
- Conduct fit sessions, analyze garment drape/fit, and make necessary pattern adjustments.
- Ensure patterns are cost-effective, production-friendly, and aligned with quality standards.
- Document and maintain records of all patterns, spec sheets, and revisions.
- Provide technical support during bulk production to resolve pattern or fit-related issues.

**Qualifications & Experience:

- **
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in garment pattern making.
- Hands-on experience with Gerber CAD software is mandatory. People knowing softwares other than Gerber are also preferrable.
- Prior experience in preparing Tech Packs / Spec Sheets for international or domestic buyers is highly desirable.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
