**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage issues related to quality, delivery, and compliance.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Prepare and execute procurement plans to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- **Order Management**:

- Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in terms of quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of purchased goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of stock records.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize purchasing costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare cost analyses and reports for management review.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting the procurement process.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
