Position Title: PGT Mathematics and Science Teacher

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Delivering Engaging Lessons**: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics and Science, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and adapt curriculum materials and resources for Mathematics and Science, aligning with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer effective assessments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress in Mathematics and Science. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development. Manage classroom behavior and promote a culture of respect and collaboration among students.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students, including those with diverse learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds. Provide additional support or enrichment opportunities as needed.
- **Integration of Technology**: Integrate technology effectively into teaching practices to enhance learning experiences and facilitate understanding of Mathematics and Science concepts.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress, academic achievements, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents to support students’ educational goals and overall well-being.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in Mathematics and Science education, pedagogical approaches, and educational technologies.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Collaborate with colleagues, including other teachers and educational support staff, to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the school community.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics and Science at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic success.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- A passion for education and a dedication to the success and well-being of students.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
