**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **company registrations and incorporation processes**.
- Handle **ROC filings** (e.g., DIR-3 KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7A, etc.).
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparation and filing of **resolutions, notices, and minutes**.
- Support in handling **company law compliances and related advisory work**.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and query resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **CS Executive/Professional Course (Any group completed)**.
- Basic knowledge of **Companies Act, 2013** and MCA portal.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet research.

**Preferred**:

- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

**Compensation**:
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
