**Responsibilities**

Define the control checklist and how to record the results in collaboration with the supplier

Ensure that all parts manufactured by the supplier go through internal quality control

Supervise or perform quality control of incoming/outgoing products

Define a Visual Management adapted on supplier site

Participate in weekly conf calls with customer

Transmit a weekly report with quality wall results according to objectives and KPI defined

Report activities with wall quality results

Support the supplier for conducting QRQC for high defect occurrences, and action plans to be tracked

Report activities with quality wall results

Ensure that the NCs identified by the Q-wall are secured and then eradicated from the supplier.

Challenge supplier’s action plan

Ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Wall

**Required experience & Technical Skills**

Metallic parts Industry knowledge and experience

Q tools : FMEA, control plan, 8D, QRQC

At least 10 years of QC inspection experience (Automotive, railway, renowables)

**Education**

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training

English Fluent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
