- Lead & manage the UGC NET team.
- Oversee content creation - notes, test series, question banks, and study material, faculty coordination.
- Ensure alignment with the latest UGC NET syllabus & exam trends.
- Mentor team members and conduct academic reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
