Location: Pune

Job Context: We are seeking a Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about leveraging data science and machine learning techniques to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing data, developing machine learning models, and deploying solutions that support our DEI strategy and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and implement solutions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your expertise in understanding data, including data cleaning, data ethics, data privacy, and data wrangling, to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand DEI objectives and develop machine learning solutions that address DEI challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize Azure Databricks, Python, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to develop and deploy machine learning models.
- Leverage your experience in ML engineering to deploy ML projects on cloud platforms, with a focus on Azure.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
- Code efficiently in PySpark to process large-scale datasets and perform distributed computing tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and deploying ML projects on cloud platforms.
- Experience with PySpark for coding and data processing tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
