**Job Description - Soft Skills Trainer (Industry)**
**Position Title**: Soft Skills Trainer
**Location**: Chopanki Bhiwadi
**Department**: Human Resources / Learning & Development
**Reports To**: Training & Development Manager / HR Head
**Role Purpose**:
To design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on developing employees’ soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, workplace etiquette, and professional behavior, thereby enhancing productivity, collaboration, and organizational culture within the industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads and HR.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs (classroom, online, and on-the-job formats).
- Focus on modules such as:
- Effective Communication (oral & written)
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Workplace Etiquette & Professionalism
- Time Management & Work Discipline
- Leadership & Supervisory Skills
- Conflict Management & Problem-Solving
- Customer Service & Client Interaction (if applicable)
- Customize training modules as per industrial workforce needs (operators, supervisors, managers).
- Use interactive methodologies such as role-plays, case studies, simulations, and group activities.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, post-training evaluations, and performance improvement metrics.
- Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Provide coaching/mentoring support to employees where required.
- Collaborate with L&D/HR team to implement continuous improvement in training delivery.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
