Company Profile: NPIPL is a private limited company incorporated in the year 1992. NPIPL caters mainly to the Beverage Packaging industry through manufacture of PET Preforms, Bottle Crates, Food Containers, and Display Racks. The company has manufacturing facilities in Chennai, Howrah, Sriperumbudur, Puducherry, Roorkee and Silvassa. It is one of the largest manufacturers of PET Preforms in India. **Education**: - Degree/Diploma **Experience**: - Minimum 3 years in a related field Key Responsibilities: Documentation & Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records and documents related to dispatch are accurately maintained and easily accessible for reference and audits. Coordination of Finished Goods: Actively coordinate with the store, production, and quality departments to ensure the smooth dispatch of finished goods. Daily Dispatch Communication: Communicate with the store, production, and quality departments to keep them informed about daily dispatch schedules and status updates. Computer Knowledge: Be proficient in using relevant computer software for dispatch and inventory management tasks, such as invoicing, GRN preparation, and record maintenance. Knowledge of 5S & 3C: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and 3C (Clear Communication, Clear Information, Clear Instructions) practices in the dispatch process for optimal workflow and safety. Delivery Performance: Monitor and improve the performance of delivery schedules to ensure on-time dispatch and customer satisfaction. Invoice Preparation: Prepare and verify invoices accurately for dispatch operations, ensuring all necessary details are included for both internal and external stakeholders. GRN Preparation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials or products, ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to dispatch processes. Knowledge of Packing and Loading: Have a thorough understanding of packing and loading procedures to ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods. Product Knowledge: Have detailed knowledge of the products being dispatched to ensure proper handling and dispatching. Identification & Traceability: Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials/products throughout the dispatch process to maintain transparency and accountability. Material Identification: Ensure the correct identification and labeling of all materials/products involved in the dispatch process. Skills & Competencies: - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Knowledge of dispatch operations, including legal and regulatory requirements. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office and relevant dispatch management software.
