**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Centre Operations Management**
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the centre are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain inventories, farmer interactions.
- Monitor daily workflows, sales activities, and service metrics.
**2. Sales & Marketing**
- Drive awareness of company products and services among local farmers.
- Execute field-level sales campaigns and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned to the centre.
**3. Farmer Engagement & Support**
- Organize farmer meetings, registration drives, and training sessions.
- Ensure farmer satisfaction through, grievance handling, and field support.
Build lasting relationships with farmers.
**4. Team Management**
- Supervise and guide field officers, sales executives, and support staff at the centre.
- Maintain staff discipline, performance tracking, and daily reporting.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
**5. Reporting & Compliance**
- Submit accurate reports on sales, operations, and expenses to management.
- Monitor and control centre expenses within the allocated budget.
**6. Follow up of field visit by Agronomist**
- Coordinate with Agronomist and supervise them in field visit.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
