**POSITION**: Freelance Graphic Designer, performing tasks as an independent consultant

LRN is recruiting Freelance Graphic Designers with extensive Storyline experience to support our busy Delivery team. Work will be ad hoc as and when required. You will support our internal teams with a variety of projects to deliver high quality eLearning projects our Fortune 500 clients. This work requires designers who are extremely competent and able to produce high quality work in short deadlines. All applicants must be able to share commercial examples of past work.

**Our Freelance Graphic Designers will be**:

- A talented designer with exceptionally strong visual design skills.
- Able to support a wide range of media projects
- Able to create concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts). We use a range of tools and software - from the adobe product range through to traditional print software, as well as a multitude of e-learning specific software - Adobe Animate, Indesign, Photoshop and Storyline.
- A Problem solver
- Able to take written content and produce very strong, creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and achieve daily targets.
- Flexible and able to multi-task in the English language.
- Fluent in written and spoken English

**Key Goals**:

- Commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Develop project materials on time and to the highest creative quality.
- Work with other Designers, Learning Managers and Sales Team to produce just-in-time content to a high calibre.
- Liaise with internal teams - both in-house and remote - regarding design related issues.
- Excellent design skills across various media.
- Drive and create dynamic and engaging design solutions.
- Must be able to communicate availability and understand scope of work required.

**Duties**:

- Create/update engaging multimedia solutions using required graphical tools to produce just-in-time content.
- Generate design ideas at the commencement of a project.
- Liaise with learning managers and copy writers to gain an understanding of content to be created.
- Review work and complete edits with accuracy.
- Check all final graphics before passing over to internal team.
- Ensure that all final graphics adhere to guidelines and standards for relevant contract.

**Requirements**:

- First class communication skills
- eLearning experience is preferred
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is critical
- Storyline 360/Rise experience is preferable
- Diploma or degree in design or relevant work experience
