**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Drawing Preparation:
Create detailed and accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics based on project specifications and design inputs from architects or engineers.
- Design Support:
Assist in the development and modification of designs, ensuring all drawings meet the required standards and regulations.
- Drafting Software Utilization:
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs, to produce digital drawings and models.
- Measurement and Calculations:
Accurately translate measurements, calculations, and other engineering data into technical drawings.
- Document Review and Revision:
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards. Revise and update drawings as necessary.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and to solve any technical issues that arise during the drafting process.
- File Management:
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation for future reference and project audits.
- Quality Control:
Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Site Visits (if necessary):
Conduct site visits to gather information or clarify design requirements and ensure accuracy in the drawings.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- A degree or diploma in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Certification in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is highly desirable.
**- Skills**:

- Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, engineering concepts, and construction terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in drafting and measurements.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and building codes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
