Introduction:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Analytics strategies and Data Science solutions
- Design and develop strategic business solutions to expand on the existing operational models to provide enhanced opportunities for customer experience and value.
- Partner with wider Operations and Technology (O&T) community to deliver technology solutions, build and engineer ‘Data Science as a service’.
- Provide stewardship at critical junctures during implementation, ensure certification of design intent in code and architectural reviews. Ability to test as per the specifications.

What will you be doing?
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies at the core/internals levels in order to act competently in Subject Matter Expert role
- Partner with Lead Engineers, Architects, Operation leads and broadly colleagues within operations & technology community to coordinate strategies and technology investment recommendations
- Contribute to Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with open-source and commercial vendors, consultants/SIs and other relevant 3rd parties

What we’re looking for:

- Graduate / Post graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience 5+ years with primarily Engineering and Operations and / or Business roles in financial institutions or retail cards domain or technology companies
- Proven experience; deep understanding and implementation of IT business strategies
- Dynamic leader of Data modelling, testing / development teams focused on certifications, development and delivery of ML models, micro services, dashboards on using python, R or AWS Sage maker platforms that help realize business objectives
- Expertise in Enterprise data architecture, Micro services, Database design and modelling testing, Big Data testing and Cloud deployments and architecture practices.
- Proven digital transformation experience: relevant, size, scale, scope, maturity of organisation
- Extensive leadership experience; demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement oriented leadership

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Financial or Cards industry relevant background
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in modelling and visualizations in complex enterprise systems and platforms
- Experience of working and building solutions in public cloud (AWS)
- Familiar in the areas of machine learning and analytics.
