**What You Will Do**
- Evaluate failed electrical assemblies, products, components, and software - using test and measurement equipment to determine the root cause of failure down to the component level - with strong emphasis on evaluation hands-on experience.
- Strong Focus on troubleshooting Power Supplies
- Electronic troubleshooting through technical experience and knowledge - NOT through the use of pre-written step-by-step procedures
- Strong sense of ownership and self-driven to meet or exceed deliverable expectations.
- Work with senior Electrical Engineering, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance towards evaluating, repairing, and moving failed assemblies through established Repair & Return processes.
- Read and interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics
- Maintain control of all Electro-static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes - ensuring full compliance to established ESD processes.
- Support the culture of Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) Projects

This will be a 1st shift, onsite role.

**Qualifications You Must Have**
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree or other 2 year post high school training with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

**Qualifications We Prefer**
- Experience with use of test and evaluation measurement equipment, including (but not limited to): DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies, and RF equipment, etc.
- Electrical Test Technical degree
- Experience in troubleshooting Power Supplies and RF
- DoD experience
