Join our dynamic studio where beauty and artistry come together We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Specialist who can excel as both a Lash Artist and Nail Technician, offering top-notch services to our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lash Services**:

- Perform professional lash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.
- Conduct thorough consultations to recommend suitable lash styles based on client preferences and needs.
- Provide aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of lash extensions.
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends and techniques.
- **Nail Services**:

- Deliver a range of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, French manicures, and nail art.
- Master advanced techniques such as airbrushing and gel extensions.
- Maintain a high standard of nail design and art to meet client expectations.
- Stay informed about current cosmetology and nail trends.
- **Sanitation & Hygiene**:

- Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- **Client Care**:

- Build rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service to create a positive experience.
- Assist clients with selecting services that best suit their needs and lifestyle.
- **Studio Support**:

- Assist with managing appointments and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and professional salon environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Artist and/or Nail Technician (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficient in lash extension techniques and advanced nail techniques, including gel polish and nail art.
- Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Art is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- An artistic eye with attention to detail and precision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
