**About the Position**:
The Growth Marketing Campaign Executive is a member of the Growth Marketing team within the wider group marketing function. The Marketing Campaign Executive responsible for tactical executions of predominantly digital led acquisition marketing campaigns. The campaign activity will be aimed at driving in new-leads to our global sales pipeline across all our propositions (x2 service, x3 technology products). They will need to be able to brief the internal creative studio to develop creative (visual and copy), design and implement tactical channel campaigns and implement appropriate ways of product MI and measurement that can be used to optimise performance and be consumed by the team's marketing MI Analyst.
The role will interact and work closely with both Senior Marketing Business Partners (US & EMEA) as well as other elements of the wider marketing team in support of our growth agenda.
If appointed Senior Marketing Campaign Executive, this role will additionally be responsible for QA'ing other Executive's work and to deputize for the Marketing Campaign Lead, if required.
This role will execute the following key areas under the growth marketing remit:
- Tactical paid digital marketing activity focused on lead generation (paid social, Google Ads/Google Display Network, other SEM activity including remarketing and programmatic
- Channel and spend optimization across the digital marketing campaigns/channels to ensure maximum ROI and campaign performance (reach, CTR, CPA etc).
- Support in manage other TTL marketing activity, as allocated by the Marketing Campaign Lead, in areas such as press, advertorials, outdoor, radio etc.
- Work with the Marketing MI Analyst and fellow Marketing Campaign Executives to deliver robust campaign performance reporting that can be reviewed and used by the Head of Growth, Senior Business Partners (US & EMEA) and Marketing Campaign Lead to make changes and new tactical campaign decisions.
- Support the ABM Specialist in deliver on ABM targeted marketing campaigns that sit within he paid digital space e.g. targeted social.
- Provide the necessary inputs for the development of quarterly sales packs for supporting comms/messages, driven by the Senior Marketing Business Partners.
Your primary goal of success will be to generate top of funnel MQLs through optimized campaigns that support both new business/logo generation as well as campaign activity across paid media. A Marketing Campaign Executive role requires someone who is both analytical and customer focused when it comes to marketing tactics and is well versed in campaigning.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Build, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across social, SEM etc.
- Define and brief internal creative studio on development of creative (visual and copy) for driving leads, as part of your campaigns.
- Work alongside the Marketing Campaign Lead and Senior Marketing Business Partners (US & EMEA) to understand the sales targets, target customers and identify the way to deliver optimal campaigns and spend.
- Identify the most effective marketing messages, materials and workflow to ensure campaign performance and optimisation.
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget for marketing projects assigned to you by the SVP or Head of Growth.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in development and managing digital marketing campaigns including social media channels and Google Ad Network.
- Experience in B2B marketing campaign activity ideally within a technology or financial services settings
- Experience in working for a remote team, across different geo-locations.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and organizational skills.
- Business acumen, great stakeholder management skills and detail/quality orientated.
- Is able to build strong, robust and deep relationships with peers in marketing.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate degree in related field or relevant experience.
