**Role Overview**:
Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented **Quality Control Executive** to ensure the highest standards in jewelry production. You will be responsible for thorough **inspection of all pieces** at different stages—both in-house and outsourced—before they move to the next process or final dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect finished and semi-finished jewelry pieces across key checkpoints (casting, filing, setting, polishing, rhodium, final QC).
- Identify flaws or defects and communicate with karigars for timely rework.
- Maintain a **QC checklist** and reject/rework logs for traceability.
- Verify that finished products meet design specs, weight tolerance, symmetry, polish, and stone setting quality.
- Conduct random sampling audits of job work returns from external vendors.
- Support management in identifying recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks and brand standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience in jewelry quality control.
- Deep understanding of jewelry craftsmanship and quality standards.
- Keen eye for detail and perfection.
- Familiar with hallmarking standards, stone setting issues, soldering defects, etc.
- Ability to work independently and ensure quality under tight timelines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with fine gold, diamond, or polki jewelry.
- Comfortable using QC tracking formats or digital logs.
