In this role, you will be coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Planning and scheduling material/production needs. Discuss the consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

As a Production Scheduler - Shop Floor Scheduling, you will be responsible for:

- Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
- Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
- Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
- Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 2 years. of experience in Manufacturing Shop floor scheduling.
- Be able to work and communicate well with others.
- Be results-oriented, self-efficient, and self-motivated.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
