- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and issuing.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize holding costs.
- Manage the ordering and receiving of parts from suppliers.
- Ensure the timely delivery of parts to workshops and service centers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to parts.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise the parts department team, including parts attendants and warehouse staff.
- Train and develop team members on inventory management procedures, customer service skills, and safety practices.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor parts sales and revenue.
- Control parts costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare reports on parts inventory and sales performance.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in parts management within the automotive industry.
- Excellent inventory management skills, including experience with inventory control systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
