**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)

**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹6,000 per month (performance based)

**Duration**: 3-6 months (with potential for extension based on performance)

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven **Digital Marketing Intern** to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to **increase website ratings, visibility, and traffic** through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience, build your digital marketing portfolio, and contribute directly to the brand’s growth.

Your work on SEO, content creation, social media, and analytics will not only support Hearsay’s growth but will be repurposed across **multiple client brands** to maximize impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize website SEO to improve search rankings and ratings.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and performance metrics.
- Manage and grow social media handles with consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) if required.
- Research industry trends to suggest and implement new growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to align marketing efforts with brand voice and objectives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest).
- Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling digital content.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital trends is a plus.

**Educational Qualification**:
Students from IT/Computer Science backgrounds with a keen interest in SEO and digital growth
