**Position** : BIM Modeler

**Location** : Thane, Mumbai

Job responsibilities of the role:
1. Review and study BIM execution plan.
2. Set BIM standards (project setup, families, templates etc.)
3. Develop MEP services models for various project.
4. Develop 3D views, walkthrough, and presentation for client meetings.
5. Manage Naviswork, clash detection and clash rectification.
6. Extract BOQ from models as per client requirements.
7. Coordination with client for BIM requirements.
8. Development of BEP as per project requirements.
9. Manage work in BIM collaboration.
10. Manage asset tagging.
11. Check all models, drawings and deliverables to comply with project and quality
standards and BIM requirements.
12. Responsible for timely completion of deliverables.
This position is responsible for assisting Senior Mechanical Design Engineers on various
projects in development of design concepts, calculations, schemes and authority required

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BIM Modeler: 2 years (preferred)
- MEP: 2 years (preferred)
